At Jamila Designz, we want you to feel confident in your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original Jamila Designz tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
